It is an informational portal operated and managed by a RERA-authorized real estate agent (referred to below as "we", "us" or "the Agency") for the purpose of promoting Raw District 2 by Imtiaz and collecting expressions of interest from prospective buyers.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website, submitting the enquiry form, or contacting us via WhatsApp or any other channel listed on this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

3. No Offer or Contract

Nothing on this website constitutes a formal offer, reservation, or binding agreement to sell or purchase any unit. Submitting an Expression of Interest (EOI) does not guarantee allocation of a unit. Unit availability, allocation, and final terms are subject to confirmation directly with the developer and are governed exclusively by the formal Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) and related developer documentation, not by this website.

4. Pricing and Availability

All prices, unit types, payment plans, EOI amounts and availability displayed on this website are indicative and subject to change without prior notice. Final pricing, payment terms and unit availability will be confirmed directly by the developer or the Agency at the time of formal booking. We make reasonable efforts to keep this information current but do not guarantee its accuracy at all times.

5. Images and Representations

Images, renderings, floor plans and descriptions of amenities shown on this website are for representational and illustrative purposes only. They may not accurately reflect the final specification, layout, materials or finishes of the actual development, which remain subject to the developer's final design and approvals.

6. Your Responsibilities

When using this site, you agree to:

• Use this website only for genuine property enquiries
• Not misuse the site, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose

7. EOI and Payment Process

Where an Expression of Interest is submitted along with an EOI payment, such payment is processed subject to the specific terms communicated to you separately at the time of payment, and subject to the developer's official EOI and allocation policy, including the 4% DLD fee and administration fee referenced on this site. These amounts and the allocation process are set by the developer and relevant authorities, not by this website.

8. Third-Party Services

This site uses third-party tools to operate the enquiry form (currently GoHighLevel / LeadConnector), embedded maps, and WhatsApp messaging. Your use of these third-party services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies, over which we have no control.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, layout and branding, is provided for informational purposes related to Raw District 2 and remains the property of its respective owners (including the developer, where applicable). You may not reproduce, distribute or use this content for commercial purposes without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Agency shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, reliance on information presented here, or any delay or change in unit availability, pricing or project timelines. 11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising from the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai.
